Customers can send gift cards directly to another recipient via customization options.
- Include the recipient's email and name (optional).
- Add a custom message (optional).
- Choose: Immediate delivery to recipient OR Schedule the gift card to be sent on a specific date.
Once sent, recipients receive a personalized email with the custom message and gift card code, while the purchaser gets a notification confirming the gift card delivery.
Considerations for Redeeming Gift Cards:
- Gift card balances can be used across multiple orders as long as there is remaining value.
- Balances are applied to the total order value, including taxes and shipping.
- Multiple gift cards can be combined for a single order.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Recipients can redeem their gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
